First of all, don’t think that ordering ahead at this location will get you in and out faster than your regular line. Also, don’t expect your hashbrowns or fries to be full, because you will be disappointed
If I ever had a bad experience at a Chick-Fil-A it certainly wasn’t at this one. Their food, service and dining area are always fantastic! No long wait to order or get your food and it’s always fresh!
Awful customer service! We paid for 4 meals, was not asked for any sauces, and when we asked for Ketchup and Chick-Fil-A Sauce they gave us 3 of each. Which isn’t even one per meal, so we asked nicely for a few more and was met with “How many does she freaking want?” I paid $48 for 4 meals…..can a girl not get atleast one packet of ketchup and one of the other?? They were SO rude!!!
I was traveling through the area coming from Memphis, TN. I order the spicy deluxe combo, as I always. But from this location it was terrible. They forgot my straw for my drink, then whe I got in the car I opened my bag to see that they forgot my fries. Then once I open my sandwich to add my chick-fil-A sauce, to realize that the sandwich was burnt and cold. The cheese was cold. This was very shocking to me. Never experienced this from Chick-fil-A and on a slow day as well.
We eat here everyday and love the food as long as we go inside. But drive thru tomatoes and lettuce are the worst of the bunch. 1 thin slice of molding lettuce that whoever made it would never eat it but they send it out the drive thru . Go inside and the lettuce is great. Drive thru lettuce and tomatoes are not fit to eat and they go into the trash can. This happens all the time and I don’t know why.
