  1. Staff was extremely pleasant, we got our order quick and it was accurate and delicious. The dining room service staff was working hard to keep everything clean and tidy! Bonus was that they have a small play area for kids! Just what we needed while waiting for a doctor’s appointment at UAB!

  2. The app service is good. The outside is always clean and devoid of thrash. The young lady that brought me food embodied Chik-fil-A. She had the brightest smile at 8:20 am. Energy vibing and she was courteous. My issue was the quality of food. What is going on Chil-fil-A. For $11.50 for a micro small chicken biscuit, the chic-fil-a- Fifty cent piece sizes breast was smaller than the mini biscuit and the 1/2 filled cup of fruit? I know we are supposed to be in a recession. But uhhh corporate, you all better go talk to Congress and tell them to cut the 🐂. The people are NOT PLEASED,

  3. Waited over 20 minutes at curbside, when they finally brought the food not a single sorry or a word from the employee. Opened the bag and over half the order was missing. Went inside and the girl at the register was scrolling through instagram and when I told her my order was missing not a word was said yet again as she just took the bag to someone else and has it corrected. This place needs some serious customer service work. Don’t stop at this location, go to another in the city. Hopefully they know how to talk to people at the other locations.

  4. This Chick-fil-a has gone downhill in the past few months. This use to be one of the best ones. They do not pay attention to orders. Some of the workers and managers seem to have an attitude when you ask for condiments. My last visit was on 6/5/23. I order three salads, a deluxe meal (no tomatoes), a sandwich (no pickles) and fry. The fries were cold, the sandwiches were made incorrect. They gave me two salad dressing and no bell pepper toppings for three salads when I requested two each for each salad. They clearly got my order wrong rendering the food. It has been nine days without a call back or even rewards put back on my account. I have called customer care multiple times. I gave up on day one trying to phone the restaurant. Now I know this is not how Chick-fil-a treats their customers. I spend no less than $30 dollars each time I visit unless I am by myself and I come multiple times a month. That may not seem like much to a multi billion dollar company, but I worked hard for it and it was mine to spend and I chose Chick-fil-a. Bad decision on this day. All I want is the money that I spend back or at the very least the food made correctly. That is not too much to ask.
