They do not deserve a single star. One of the worst stores I ever been to. We ordered a sherwani from them, first they were trying to give us the piece which wasnât ours. Then, they gave us the used Sherwanii. My husband was trying to tell the staff that this is big on him and they didnât wanna help.
We purchased another stuff also and they gave us literally the used stuff.
I have attached the pictures for everyoneâs reference so that people would think before visiting them. BTW we paid $600 for the sherwaniii and we received the used one.
Really good customer service. A variety of stuff they have at the store. Milan and the staff treats you like family. They also do customization as well.

I would give zero stars if I could. Not an honest store. They scammed me. I bought a jewelry set original price was $65 he said he would sell to me for $60 which I think is still overpriced and double what I could get on Amazon but I needed it quick so I bought from here. I also paid $30 for alteration. But when I returned home I saw that he charged me $97.88. Thatâs way more than the expected amount I agreed to pay. When I tried to call back to the store, they ignored my calls. No point wasting gas to go out there to try to get my money back. But I would stay away. Their clothes are ugly and dull anyways.
The staff was so rude. Telling your customer âyou donât have the budget for thisâ in such a condescending tone is a sure fire way to not have any repeat customers. We ended up going to Rupam instead. Much better experience there.
