Amazing service! 10 out of 10. I came in because I had some missing screws on my laptop, the gentleman behind the desk helped me find the screws and even put them in for me! Can’t recommend this place enough! If you need anything with your computers or electronic needs, definitely check out the store!
This stores literally has almost everything that you need to set up your desk and electronics. You can find all sorts of computer parts, electronics, and other accessories here. I am thinking about shopping and buying products here rather than having to go to Best Buy many times. It’s much convenient to go here since it’s closer to my home and am not really a big fan of taking the highway to get what I want. This is like Amazon except that it’s in store.
I also heard that they offer services to repair products like your PC, laptop, and gaming consoles. You can also have them create custom PCs for you if you don’t create PCs or just don’t have time to do it. They also create keyboards too!
Again, I will look around and see if I want anything there the next time I come by here.
Took my computer in because temps on the cpu and gpu were running upwards of 95C.
The technician told me it would be a 7 day turnaround for any all computer repairs.
I dropped off my computer on a Saturday and told them to call me if anything needs to be replaced. On day 6 i haven’t heard anything from them so i decided to call and check in.
I was then told, its now a 7 “business” day turnaround and no body would be working on it through the long weekend (labor day weekend) and i wouldn’t get my computer back till the following Wednesday. Which would be 8 business days instead of 7. Super annoying that the technicians can’t get their sh!t together.
So now they will have my pc for 11 days total and i have no idea what they are even doing if anything at all.
Really poor communication on their end and will not be going back here ever.
Great shop to get your PC parts. I stopped by on Black Friday, got everything I needed. Garret helped me pick parts for my upgrade, he was very helpful and gave some nice insights on parts.
Great place , but there are some products that are available on Amazon at much lower price like the mechanical keyboard , or few other things , the costs are substantially higher, they also don’t do price matc
Edit : thanks for the response , I understand the viewpoint , but as a consumer for me cost saving is important and to stay competitive businesses have to provide services/products at best available rates , it’s not right to expect your consumers to bear your cost or markup in my opinion, it would make zero sense for me to buy a product when it is available nearly 20 to 30 $ less elsewhere
