Great and wide selection! Customer service was a bit disappointing. I came in looking for a specific keyboard because of keychron shipping, luckily this location had it in stock. The price tag also noted it was on sale, so I was excited to get a deal. At checkout they told me they accidentally left the tag on from the previous week and that i had to pay the full price. Asked if they would honor the price, was told no.
Ended up paying for it, but it left a bad taste. Felt like it was their mistake that the tag was up, and that they should just honor that price. I think these are the instances where they would gain a loyal customer by doing that, but i understand they’re not obligated to do so! Just a bit disappointed as a first time customer.
This place is AWESOME!!! Very competitive prices with Amazon and the Big Stores. I’m not that tech savvy but I do know the guys there are! Polite, Courteous, and Knowledgeable… I had a difficult time deciding what to get, there is so much to choose from. I decided on a new lighting cable for my laptop and an additional SD card for my camera. Forget Amazon! Support a Local Business instead🙌🏼💯
I regret letting these guys build my pc. The wires weren’t even in place correctly. When I play games on low settings it makes a lot of noise. I came in for them to check and nothing they could do. I spent $4000 on my build. 4090/i9/ 1000watts, etc. Good prices so left 2 star instead of 1.
Great service! I got a monitor from them and when I unboxed it at home there was a white dot on the screen. When I took it back they were really helpful and refunded me immediately. Also, they have a great variety of accessories.
Yesterday Saturday I bought all the components to build a Gaming PC for my son, I put all the parts together and my PC didn’t start.
Today, Sunday, I went to the store and the technician Derick from Central Computers in Santa Clara detected me and solved the problem quickly and kindly.
