I had been looking for a specific model (Grand Design 265BH) here in CA and found one at Central Auto and RV Sales. It need a few repairs before it could be sold. You can tell just by talking with him that he enjoys doing what he does. He loves campers, trailers and motorhomes. He’s not just a sales person, he has a passion for for the RV lifestyle. It has been years since I towed anything so he had me drive some city streets and get on the highway helping me build the confidence to tow this trailer on my long journey home. I purchased a Class A 34 feet Hurricane with Central Auto and RV Sales last year. Thomas and his wife were friendly and warm showing us the multiple options they had in their lot. Thomas was quite fair in pricing as the unit he showed us was quite the value we paid for. I wanted to add an awning to the unit which was not in the RV when we purchased. Thomas again helped us with fairly low price including his labor finding a used awning unit with new fabric. He also fixed some issues in the Class A that I did not notice when I left the RV with him at no extra charge. I have never had such luck with good customer service in a while. I had a fun time re-modeling the RV and bringing it up to speed with modern luxury in par with a brand new 100k class A RV. Well deserved 5 star rating!
