  1. Had them repair the screen on my Samsung S22 Ultra, almost immediately I started having problems with the screen glitching because they used an after market screen. I was told the screen was under warranty and they would replace it. I tried multiple times to have it replaced but Christi said that I would have to bring my phone in and leave it for three days for it to be replaced and this was not possible for me due to work related reasons. I called several times to work out other arrangements and left multiple messages but Christi never returned my call. I even went to the store on a Saturday at 10 AM and they were closed during business hours. Needless to say, I spent $350 to have my screen repaired and still ended up with a messed up screen. I recently went to another location that’s only about ten minutes away. I had my phone repaired the same day and it only took about two hours. They used an authentic Samsung screen and replaced the battery for me for the same cost of what CPR charged. They even let me know that when my phone was put back together by CPR there was a small wire being pintched and this would have eventually made my power button unusable. Luckily for me, they replaced it for free. Next time I’m in need of a phone repair I Will NOT be using CPR!

  2. I dropped off my son’s iPad and my laptop. Both only needed screens. They tried to hide it for almost a year now until I went up there. Then was told they completely didn’t work. They broke both now have to pay me $2400 bucks in which they say they’re not. I promise they do. I’m changing lives behind this scam

  3. I received the best customer service today from Christi at CPR she’s hands down the most efficient and knowledgeable tech I’ve come in contact with. I would recommend her to anybody. So if you’re in need of any cell phone services check her out.
