  1. The man with the tattoo on his head had a very bad attitude and was very unpleasant. He sat at a table and used his smartphone while we were there and did not serve us. He also encouraged us to leave early. Actually, I don’t wanna leave even A STAR.

  2. Was planning to just look at wallets, but the sales person Eric was very friendly and brought out many colors of the belt bag I have been thinking about. He even took the dark blue and black bag outside the shop (and told me to follow him) so I could see it in natural sunlight and when I was unsure about size, he was very patient and let me try different sizes. Gave good feedback about colors. The prices here are better than the mainland stores too, and tax is half the price of LA.

Shop is across from Mac, easy to miss because The sign is not huge.

  3. Disrespect from sales associate Katako (sorry for spell mistake)

I am a frequent buyer of luxurious items from main land but this experience totally rekt my experience for the day at the mall.
While expressing an interest and examining a Celine bag with my girlfriend with this sales associate, out of the blue, said sales associate took the bag because another group asks for this item despite we were taking a look already.

I was very likely to purchase it for fun but after the incident I bought something else instead, despite the other group who wanted it did not purchase it eventually.
I go to these brands enough to know sales sometimes judge on the appearance and treat people differently. We came from the beach that day in comfort outfit, while this other group of guests carrying channels probably represented a better sales opportunity. This however does not mean people should wear fancy to guarantee dignity and respect in this environment. What entailed was a very low expression of materialism.

Before I made my purchase, said sales associate expressed little interest in continuing to help for some reasons. It almost seemed we had to be subtle and grateful: “please may I please have a look?” Then she gave me a look in silence, seconds later, helped me. I don’t take her help for granted but was it really necessary to treat us this way?

You know what that is like.

For the record, I did not make my purchase because I wanted to show her. It was not worth it. We liked something and we left with it. Leaving a review detailing what happened afterward: this is simply doing justice to the community.

I understand too people can wear out and be tired after a long day of work and personal perspective does not reflect the entire truth. Read this review knowing this is the customer’s perspective and may not be entirely true in reality. She might just had a bad day or was very tired.
