This Company is a joke. i have reached out on in late January 2020 trying to call this company and left two voicemails with no return call .i was looking for commercial insurance for limousines. i would call and some guy answers takes a message for wael and never get a call back. i finally get to speak to wael and he talks to me and explains the process OK i understand but a week and a half went by after sending my loss runs over to him and still no email or phone call for a follow up. so i try calling again there is no answer mind you this is now in mid February 2020. i tried following once more on February 27th 2020 with a email. still no response. i am no sure if any one else has had any bad experiences with this company as i have.i am not one to leave bad reviews but i was very patient and as well as upfront letting wael know that my account would not be easy to get a quote for insurance. all i ask is for better communication.

4. Applied online for insurance quote. Wael called back and sent me an email on April 15, 2021 saying he will work on quotes for me. I sent him two follow up emails, and it’s now May 7th, 2021 and I still haven’t heard back from him since the original contact. Don’t waste your time.
