1. I have lived here at the Casablanca apartments for about 6 years, and I can tell you that When I first got this apartment I was so excited and happy. But as we were moving our stuff in the apartments we noticed there were cockroach traps In the cabinets. I told my spouse. I hope these apartments dont have roaches! We found out quickly that these apartments were infested with roaches, I have asked for a fumigation because they would come and spray the inside and of course the roaches would keep returning. The second day living here the wind blew the screens off the windows, and the manager wanted to charge us for new ones. The old ones were bent, and torn. The blinds blew off from wind as well. The dishwasher broke in a year, I have been on a waiting list for 5 years for a dishwasher. These apartments have a bad atmosphere, and are dirty. You won’t be happy for long living here.

3. So today I went in because I finally got a call from the manager at Casablanca apartments I was so happy. But when I got there she wanted my deposit and the money for the credit check that was fine. But then I asked if I can see the apartment it wasn’t available she didn’t know when they were moving out. I asked if I could see the ground she denied me entry. I mean I need to see something if I’m putting money down. I was torn I really wanted to live at Casablanca apartments so I went to get the money order so I called back and her assistant was really rude she wouldn’t let me speak to the manager. I explained that I need to see something because I was going to put money down and they didn’t know when the apartment was going to be ready and that if I gave my apartment manager a 30 day notice and the apartment wasn’t ready where would I go or do she said very bluntly “well you came to us to find housing”. I was like yes I did but you don’t have your stuff together and she told me that i didn’t have my stuff together and that I still needed to give my 30 day notice. I didn’t go back. I don’t feel like I deserved to be spoken down to like that I’m low income that’s why I went there. I would understand if I came at her rude but every time I called she had attitude and was like you didn’t speak to me. I don’t recommend anyone to these apartments they aren’t professional the price is great but I guess you get what you pay for.

4. I had recently lived there, me and my husband moved there in August of this year, we liked it very much, until after the first three weeks, the new tenants moved in and decided to make a lot of noise day and night to make us move. We complained to the manager, we even provided them with audio,with dates & times for proof. The manager and staff did nothing about it, all she told us she would talk to the tenant, and told me and my husband it we want, we should go home and submit a 30-day notice to move. So since the mgr. gave us no other choice we submitted our notice and moved a week ago.

5. I live here and there are too many roaches running around. But overall its a nice place. The kids are nice and help me a lot. They all get along to. I just don’t like the roaches. Thats it.
