At one point it was a good union. My husband has been a member for 16 years and at one point it felt like you were actually, caring for your workers and their family. I can’t believe that a big organization like yours have the worst medical insurance ever. Yes! You offer multiple medical insurance, but seriously why offer one that doesn’t benefit your employee or their family. I’ve been a Kaiser member for 19 years and never have, I spent so much out of pocket. I have literally has spent over 2k on out of pocket for Emergency care, Urgent care, lab and just routine checkups.
Very good union, this is one of those organization i feel proud to be part of it. I have like 9 years working here, protecting my future , my carrer, my trade, my benefits, my pay check and my family. By joining the union im getting a competitive salary and benefits for a good quality and priductive work.
My husband is in this union. Anyone hiring?? He’s a level 2 carpenters apprentice.
