Carotech Automotive Car Repair provided me with an Honest quote for my vehicle’s car service. Mr. Gary Kasbarian was very professional and explained everything that needed to be repaired. The repair was completed in a timely manner and he & his staff were polite and understanding of my need to have my car back on the road again. They even cleaned all parts under the hood.
There were no last minute changes to the original quote with any runaround problems. I will continue to take my car there for any future repairs required. Thanks for the great experience, especially being a female customer.

Call Carotech Auto, ask Gary when you can drop off your car and then trust him and his expert team to fix your car properly, for an extremely fair price and with the best warranty I’ve encountered from any auto mechanic shop in my life.
Do not bother wasting time reading other reviews. This place is absolutely without compare the best auto repair shop in LA.

For those who may be wondering, I found Carotech through a Google search and spoke to Gary for the first time about 72 hours ago. He suggested i drop my car off Wednesday. I just picked it up today (Thursday 11/9/2023) and the work done on it was exceptional in all respects.
I’ll never go to another auto mechanic as long as i remain in Los Angeles.
But to be clear, prior to 3 days ago, i knew nothing about Gary or his shop. And my car had been neglected for the past 6+ years. It was also filthy and the engine compartment was an embarrassment to even see.
I needed my front brakes replaced and Gary was quick and responsive when I called. I was able to bring my car in same day. The quality of the work was outstanding and at an affordable price. He was also very understanding and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. Gary and the crew even went the extra mile to clean the interior, exterior, and under the hood – now it looks fresh! I highly recommend Carotech for your auto services, I’ll definitely be returning for future car repairs!
Gary is the best! I can always trust that he’ll take good care of my Prius. He gets everything done that I ask and he always waits to move forward on bigger repairs until he gets approval on price. They also give you a full report on the inspection they do and if there are repairs they send pictures of your vehicles broken parts as well as videos to educate on why the repairs are important or what part of the car they’re working on. I really appreciate what they do so much!
I replaced my tires, filters, and brakes at Carotech and they did a wonderful job. Service was quick and professional and great overall. My car was cleaned from the inside out including the engine part. I highly recommend this place for all your car service/repair needs and especially Gary who was very patient kind and professional with me.
