Absolutely love love love this property! Went for a weekend with my partner and it completely transcended us into vacation mode. The grounds are stunning and well maintained. The cottage style rooms are well appointed with fire places inside, a spacious bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, and well decorated country style furniture. We really enjoyed the private outdoor space lounging on the chairs looking up at the stars. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, and romantic getaway this is the place!

The Napa Proposal
We love this place! Gorgeous grounds, wonderful accommodations. We have our own private bungalow with outdoor shower and fireplace. Really amazing.
Very nice cafe, friendly and understanding staff, great value for money on the kids menu. With my gumbo, there was only one piece of sausage, but a lot of scampi so also great value for money. The fried chicken was enough for two people.

This was our 4th time staying at Carneros this year, however we will not be returning after our most recent utterly unacceptable experience. My sister and I booked a room for a relaxing quick night awayâand unfortunately our security and safety was breached. A man anbruptly entered our room with a key at 9:00 at night. We were already in bed and it was extremely scary and never had that happen in a hotel before. We reported it immediately to the front desk and they did nothingâdidnât offer to relocate us to make us feel safe nor did they offer to patrol the area. As two females alone in a hotel, to have that happen is NOT okay. The only solution was $100 resort credit.
The next morning when we went to check out, Matthew the Manager handled the entire situation as if it were no big deal. He stated that it was an employee (they still donât know what happened but were so quick to just assume it was an employee) and that his employee must have been terrified! He was worried about HIS employee not his guests whose safety were compromised. We explained that we often visit the resort and that this experience was unacceptable. He offered to waive our resort feesâdidnât comp our stay (after we were unable to sleep). You would think for any customer this would be the bare minimum, let alone for loyal customers. We could have and should have called the cops when it happened. Then maybe we would have been taken seriously.
To say we are dissapointed and disgusted with how we were treated is an understatement.
