Definitely A good location
I only wanted fries to come with my burger but it had both Mini Hash browns and french fries.
I also wanted 1 cookie But i got 2!
Very acceptable. The guy was very nice too.
Restrooms were clean
One was already opened while the other one is probably for employees as it requires a key to open.
The cashier Maria V. I’ve noticed she was finishing up sweeping, she took my order, after paying I asked of she’s going to wash her hands afterwards before handling my milkshake, she said yeah, her tone was nasty, if I didn’t ask her that question she probably wouldn’t have wash her hands. The milkshake was far below the rim of cup. Didn’t even had ice cream. Supposedly be hand pack in order to save time they prepack them milkshake.
They are out here adding $0.10 to every order for the bag and not telling or asking customers until you see it on your receipt. Even if it’s a small amount that is still wrong to sneak that on people.
Aida the mansger at 1751 s Soto st. Is an amazing person and makes your experience at the restaurant like your at home. The customer service is great and the food is outstanding. It’s very clean and sanitary inside and the wait time is very fast.
Pulled up in drive through the lady was taking orders on her headset & on her phone with the other hand . Just went for fries , fries was Cold gave em back for fresh fries lady got an attitude . Already didn’t eat her REALLY NOT EATING HERE NOMORE NOW
