Food is always made to order and always fresh and the staff are very friendly i always come here with my family when were craving a good juicy burger and some fresh hot fries everytime.
The burger wouldn’t even stay together because the bun was so soggy. 2/10 wasted my money. The burger patty also had oil bubbles on it from them not properly preparing it before grilling 😭😭😭😭
Store look very nice with fouth of July decoration, plus this location always have friendly staff and welcoming enviroment. Thank you all!
I feel pretty pathetic writing a review for Carls Jr, but I just have to.
Ordered Guacamole burger which looked pretty yummy on the picture. When it came I did not see any guacamole in it, so I went to the cashier and asked if it was a mistake (it happens and I get it, no big deal)
She asked the cook to which he told me to open a bun and look at the guacamole. I opened and you can see the picture of the guacamole in this burger. She just apologized and I could not even see her smile due to her mask. She did not even offer to add guacamole. I will definitely skip carls jr on my future lunch visits. This type of careless business practice is disgusting. By the way. Paid $20 for the meal which is more expensive then most competition out there.
