1. We went in at around 10am July 14,2024 and was greeted warmly by ALL staff! It rarely happen.

   Counter staff went above and beyond with his Service: He was patient, offered us sauces at our table when we didn’t ask for them, offered us coupons to use next time. The food was also great and fresh. thank you !

2. I’ve never experience this before from how horrible a service could be, to a manager being disrespectful for no reason and from charging me incorrectly and keeping my change. Then she proceeded to allow her staff to act in such an unprofessional way. The cashier was rolling her eyes the whole time, they were speaking slurs in Spanish as if we didn’t understand. The whole experience is shocking. Sandra and Cindy were the only names I can even get from the receipts since no name badges were worn. I cannot believe this is how business is running. Also a P.S I was never rude, I’ve worked in customer service and I’ve never treated anyone with this much disrespect even to those who’ve deserved it. Please do something about this because looking at the past reviews, this isn’t something new. Maybe management needs to be changed and policies need to be enforced. Won’t be coming back, surprisingly the quality of the food wasn’t up to standard as well. Do better, for these prices this shouldn’t be an issue. So far the only Carls to ever do this to me. Since I do enjoy the meals here. Thank you! Sandra and Cindy if you guys ever read this, get new jobs if you guys are so miserable and cannot handle the customer service industry. If the owner reads this, hire new people who will treat your paying customers better.

   Also P.S, doesn’t even deserve one star!

3. Amazing. Amazingly INCORRECT! How does a guy with a headset get the entire order wrong?! Asked for natural cut fries, got waffle fries. Asked for honey mustard, he said “okay Ketchup” as he walked away and then puts ranch in the bag?! Asked for original chicken sandwich and we get the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich, which was OVERLY SALTED btw. Asked for Dr. Pepper, got Coke.

   Best part is that I couldn’t confirm the order before payment because the drive-thru screen wasn’t being updated and the guy never repeated the order before taking payment. Didn’t even get a total for the order before handing my card over.

   It’s really pathetic how one can get the entire order incorrect. I would return to the location for a refund but live too far away to make it worth the effort.

   Do yourself a favor and don’t give these guys business so that a better franchise can take over.

   Edit: found out that they also charge $0.10 for a bag without even telling guests about it. Also, OSCAR H., do better.

4. There’s this one guy that’s super super awesome sauce. I gave him a coupon for a 50% and he put an extra burger and also put it at 50%. My goodness this guy needs a raise. I don’t know if it’s just me but I think they changed the beef quality.

Amazing amazing I can believe how amazing service this restaurant provided today my guacamole angus was super hot jalapeños poppers was delicious and hot very fresh , Cindy she is super friendly and her smile is big 😄 I love come this restaurant because always clean and the employees are very very friendly all the time no only Cindy everyone is friendly, I hope 🤞 every restaurant looks like this restaurant
