Order# 28528349255172097 order taken around 6:00pm 7/28/24 so I Call to cancel my order and the person over the phone refuse to cancel my order. My order was taken on the website. Order was still delivered but to the wrong address so I never I got my food. They wouldn’t pick up the phone so I could get a refund for my order. The person answering the phone hung up in face and wouldn’t listen and was talking over me. Rude behavior and unreasonable and unprofessional behavior from staff. This is unacceptable. I need a refund.
The service here is horrible. It’s called fast food and my order took too long for being the only one ordering inside before its got busy… Once I got my food which I noticed it was just laying there. The drive thru was not busy at all. They use strong cleaning chemicals when people are dinning in. You’re limited to seating when it’s busy.
Extreeeeeemely rude. Whoever was taking the drive-thru orders March 6 at 3:58 pm has the potential to be SUCH a kinder human but simply chooses not to. My 5 year old daughter LOVES Carl’s Jr chocolate and oreo milkshakes. We came to this location after passing another one because I wanted my baby to be able to enjoy her shake at home.
We attempted to order here and the person on the speaker told me she can’t do that. Keep in mind we CONSISTENTLY order this shake from other locations and I have no problem paying for extra orders or whatever the charge is. They ARE capable of doing it if they can make a cookies and cream or a chocolate shake.
I reminded her that every other location makes them for us and again, don’t mind paying extra. She tells me she can’t do it so what do I want.
After that exchange told her nothing it’s OK and I appreciate her when she immediately doesn’t respond. My 5 year old is confused as hell as to why the lady won’t make her shake for her and while we’re sitting n the drive thru watching other people get their food I see the person handing out the food hanging out the window looking past the car in front of us at us frowning… I guess she expressing her anger for me saying I appreciate them? Keep in mind we’ve been locked in the drive thru for 10 minutes with a kid who doesn’t understand (and frankly I don’t either) why staff was unwilling to help my child get her treat for the day.
The staff did NOT demonstrate that they valued us as customers. Which is fine. My family will not be spending another dime here n my kids will grow up knowing not to go to this location.
Management I hope you help your staff learn how to communicate KINDLY and teach them that customers spending their money is the reason there’s employment.
We’re happily at Carls Jr on Florence & Santa fe. And guess what, they made my baby her chocolate & oreo shake, they were kind and made it happen for her. My baby got her treat.
u guys gave us GREAT reason not to do anything but pass by. I wish this location the best as well as its staff.

They gave yesterday’s chicken look how black it looks not fresh at all don’t come here if you want nasty food save your money for a better place
Workers loaded up my order heavily (as in give me a lot of fries, and burger was filled with the stuff they put in). Interior is very clean. Wait time was barely even a thought.
