Today is July 13, 2024. I ordered food for my family at 10:40pm today and I didn’t notice until I saw the cap when my kids were done drinking their chocolate milk I look at the cap on the expiring date and it says Best By 01/30/24
Super expensive 50 bucks they didn’t even give me my my burger that I ordered as well it’s the worst place. The food was nasty dry. The burger tasted like it was poison.
Who will sell expired chocolate milk to children?
I’ll make sure never to place an order at this Carl’s Jr. location. The first red flag was over two or three months ago when I placed an order through the drive-thru. So the young cashier took my card, before taking my card he told me the total. He swiped my card, after receiving my receipt I got a notification from cash app but the amount that was charged for was $2 extra. I pointed this out to him and after doing so I received my phantom charge to my card. I can tell the young guy was doing something suspicious by his whole body language too! Fast forward to today 5/23/24 placed an order online tell the person my name, then I was told to pull up to the window to get my order. The lady acted like she wasn’t going to give me my order AFTER telling her the name on the personal order. So I showed her my phone and said at the same time “This is the first time I have to show you my phone AFTER telling you the name on the order.” But her excuse for asking to see my phone was “IT WAS BUSY” 🤔 I observed two customers in the dinning room so that let me know she was lying and she was completely wrong. I’ll never stop at this location ever again! I recommend going somewhere else to spend your hard earned money, just not at this location!
Don’t do it I came for breakfast and their menus only showed lunch while in drive through I was asked 6 times by 2 different people if my order was comple I kept saying no I am now force to look through the lunch menu and the drink I wanted wasn’t available. After I paid I was asked to park to the side since food wasn’t cooked yet so I was hurried up to wait some more. Ana t was the register employee
