1. Mr.Williams came out this morning and had my Samsung Washing Machine apart and fixed within 30 mins or so. Very professional, polite and is about business in and out. Highly reccomend.

2. We contacted Carl about fixing our Samsung dishwasher. Him and his son came out. They trouble shot the applicance and put part on order. Came out and replaced part (door switch) but unit still does not work properly. They told us another part which is under warranty was needed. They said it would take a week to get it in. Three weeks later nothing. Spoke to the lady at the office and left voicemails with Carl. Still nothing. They said they wouldn’t charge us to install second part. I guess if they never come back out that is a true statement. Avoid this company. They come across as polite and reliable but they are far from it. We paid $174 for nothing.

3. I called few guys to repair my new Samsung washing machine but looks like everyone so busy.
   Finally I call Glen and he said his brother will come on Monday.
   He troubleshoot and found fault and fix within few hours.
   Reasonable cost to repair and very reliable.
   We definitely recommend.

4. Carl has done some excellent repair on my refrigerator washer and and dryer and dishwasher excellent service reasonably

5. I contacted Carl’s Appliance about my upstairs HVAC system not cooling. I found them to be very thorough and professional. It was the first time a company actually checked my Duct work under the house and checked the system in the attic. Their rates are very reasonable. I would Definitely recommend them.
