I had my car detailed by them and it was extremely dirty and had years of built up spills and dog hairs. They made my car look and smell new again. The customer service was great and all my questions were answered. Will definitely be coming back to them.
Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. I set up an appointment and when I came it was closed. We called and messaged to see if our appointment was still on and no response, so we waited as we arrived 30 mins prior around 4:30pm at 5:00 they finally reach out saying “call me” so we did they said they got rear ended on the way over and that they would arrive in about 40 mins, we even went to get something to eat to give them time, we came back exactly 40 mins later and it was still closed. We let them know we have arrived and to at least let us know if they were going to make it. They have not responded. It is now 6:27pm and no updates, no response, it has honestly been a waste of my time to come especially since I drove from so far. They are super unprofessional!! Don’t waste your time people!

Let me start by introducing myself, my name is John, I live 6000 miles away from California on a small island of Guam. I was looking for that special mid-life crisis car on Guam, but the Ford dealership had sold the car from under my feet, I was waiting for the bank approval. It was unscrupulous of them to do so!
So I decided to take my search online with AUTO-TRADER and see what I could come up with, I found a better top of the line Shelby, the GT350R with CARlifornia Auto Wholesale (CAW) I texted Mark and the rest is history. He was very pleasant and accommodating, this was a long process, getting the loan approval, cutting the check sent out for the down payment, sending the documents back and forth from Guam and California.
Mark had made the scary process of buying a car online sight unseen a very pleasant one. I was thankful I found Mark and CAW.
