I’ve been going to these guys for over 20 years. They’ve done my boat, a few trucks and cars and a lot of my friends cars as well. They’ve done full on speakers and Amp installs for me, remote start alarms, back up camera’s and car alarms on 3 of my vehicles. I’ve never had any issues with thier products or thier services. They’ve always given me great deals and have always worked within my budget to get me into a great system. They do great work, are extremely knowledgeable and get me in and out same day!! They are super friendly and make sure you are always happy with the results before you leave. I love my remote start, it’s been on there for four years and still works perfect every time I’ve needed it. It’s a Viper. If you need anything for your car, truck or boat, these guys do an amazing job all around. Give them a shot, it’s well worth it!!
Came in since I needed to replaced my old JBL car speakers with new ones since they were blown out and had an excellent experience with the help of George. He answered all of my questions that I had and helped me pick out some new JBL speakers that would fit my style of music. Came back another day to have them install the speakers plus they even installed a front and rear dash cam with a hardwire kit and everything came out excellent. The speakers sound amazing and the dashcam gives me that peace of mind while on the road. If you’re looking for anything car audio or dashcam related then I highly recommend this shop.
Awful experience came in today may 29th 2024 to check my car audio system and this bold guy upfront was clueless and didn’t have no idea or knowledge of his job. His excuse was that he didn’t have enough employees working and decided to sit down and play with his phone. Then he told me to take the car where I purchased it and that they would probably help me more than he would. Do car Auido depot hire inexperience and incompetent personnel? As a business owner I would had fire that bold guy with tattoos on the spot for the lack of customer service skills and knowledge.

My spouse and I were inquiring about swapping out the stock radio out of my Jeep and were met with kindness each time we interacted with everyone here. Jorge was very honest with us from the beginning and made sure to ask which features we wanted from the new unit. He worked with us every step of the way to ensure we got what we wanted. He also showed us the exact parts we would need for them to install it themselves. Not only were they able to install it today, but they did so in less time than it took us to finish a Target run. Afterwards, Jorge showed us all the features and walked us through how to navigate and connect my phone to the new unit. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely go back in the future if needed. Thank you for treating us with respect!
