We have been searching for an apartment for our daughter. Who just graduated from Cal Berkeley. The Canvas Apartments offers everything she is looking for in an apartment. The only thing we were concerned about was the lack of security in the garage. Overall, we liked the comfort and location. Security is number one on our list.
I have lived at Canvas LA for atleast 6 years and every time my lease ends i never seem to want to move ! I love it here ! Aside from the beautiful amenities and the great size of the the units which are more spacious than most downtown , i absolutely love our leasing staff ! In my years there Bill and Edita have never let me down ! Whenever i need something i know i can count on them ! They make living at Canvas easy and fun !
It’s a really nice apartment complex. They have pretty much everything you need! And the library on the third floor is really nice if you work from home! They have gatherings during holidays which are a blast go attend. There are two Dash A bus stop and the 14/37 metro stop in walking distance of the apartment. Highly recommend this complex if you’re looking for a place in DTLA that feels a bit homie.
Justyn was amazing. I arrived a little early and he was still ready to show me all of the available units and the amenities on property. I truly enjoyed the library with available meeting rooms to take meetings for those who work remotely, the 2 Gyms, Beautiful Pool and Rooftop Deck as well as the other amenities were well kept. The hallways were clean and the residents seem friendly. The Manager Bill was there and willing to assist residents, vendors and even prospects with any additional questions!! Overall Great Staff and Great Property!!
I called this property upon reviewing their luxury apartments online and I spoke with a guy named Justin. His customer service was impeccable! He was polite, detail oriented, and his approach was differently than any other leasing agent I’ve ever talked to.
All of my questions were answered thoroughly and he made a personal check list with minute things I was looking for in a home. This guy seriously deserves a raise because moving is stressful!! But if you have someone willing to work with you and meet your needs it makes everything easier and satisfying.
