Moving to LA & picking an apartment online is really scary, but we could not have lucked out more ending up at California Valley Villages. The amenities and staff here cannot be beat. A pool & a gym almost seems to good to be true! Kandi & her staff are extremely attentive to the residents. They are always kind and respond in a timely manner. The complex is safe and very well kept. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience here!
I have lived in this wonderful community for six years now, and I could not recommend it more highly. Our leasing manager Kandi Briggs is incredible! She is kind and responsive and caring—as well as being a wonderful neighbor! Our maintenance magician, Paul, does fantastic work and is always at the ready to help. I really love this property!
I absolutely love this apartment complex. I been living in the same apartment for almost 6 years and I don’t plan to leave anytime soon. The property is safe and clean. The staff and manager Kandy are so kind and always around. The gym is amazing too!
What can i say. This apartment complex is pretty great! Bounced around a bit and then came across this gem. Big open complex, tons of room, very quiet and extremely well kept. Kandi, the leasing manager, is AWESOME, very attentive and always in a great mood. Gets thing done quickly when you need something! Her and her team are a huge reason as to why ive been here for going on 3 years now, and dont plan on going anywhere anytime soon!
Friendly environment, great onsite management, clean grounds, easy online maintenance requests. Our unit was upgraded making it feel like a brand new build upon moving in. Rents occur as stable with realistic and communicative increases
