  1. I should give more stars only because we love Dr. MINOR. My husband has been seeing him for over 10 years, and couldn’t be happier with his kind and professional treatment. However, this office has the absolute worst staff we have ever dealt with. They don’t answer phone calls and if you leave a message, it’s usually ignored too. Their treatment in the office is horrible. They not only look unprofessional, they act it. If we didn’t like Dr Minor so much, we would have left a long time ago.

  2. Dr. Anas Hamdi is amazing. However this office needs better front desk management asap. I called to make a follow up appointment following my surgery with Dr. Hamdi & struggled to get ahold of any via phone for weeks. When I finally did I was told that they couldn’t make me an appointment because their computers were down? They reassured me someone would call me back asap to make that appoinment. It’s been 3 weeks since that phone call, no return calls, and they won’t answer any of my calls. I don’t understand how as a medical health provider you think it’s appropriate to have an automated voicemal machine stating “sorry we are experiencing a high volume of calls”. This isn’t the fresno state financial aid office? This isn’t the DMV? This is where people go for medical care

Okay since the owner of this medical business is clearly more concered with responding to google reviews rather than actually staffing their office, I guess I have to ask what’s the next step? I still haven’t gotten any reassurance when I will be contacted next & the phone lines are still bugged. Also, I am quite aware of the nationwide computer outage that happened Friday July 19 and was resolved by Monday July 22. It’s currently August

  3. I am horrified by the lack of communication this office practices; after days, no over a week of trying to make an appointment, I decided to drive 50 minutes to the office, but just before I left, I tried once more and got through. The appointment was fine (after more waiting) and Dr. Rahman was very informative and took the time to answer all my questions. I had an exploratory procedure and the doctor narrowed down treatments to two choices. A couple days later I got a fever and general weakness. (My RN wife always advises to ask about the facilities infection rate, and make sure the doctor washes his hands for 20 seconds before putting in his gloves and mask – neither happened). So now I’m trying to contact them for a follow up visit, but again I can’t get through, keeps going to a full voice mailbox. I tried sending a fax, no response. I tried sending an email through the website, no response. I called again and after 66 tries, finally got through. When I told the receptionist how good it was to finally reach a real person, and started to explain what was going on, she hung up!!! I have not been successful reaching anyone since.
If this is the way of modern medicine, then how much longer are we going to put up with it?
Please don’t thank me for this review and assure me that you are looking to into it, just give me a call for an appointment before this infection turns septic!

  4. I really like my doctor but my issue is with the front office. I have been trying to reach them to verify the time of my next appointment. Should be pretty simple. I have one time but there text says a different time. Not the first time this has happened but it is the first time that no one will answer the phone. Tried different extensions and all went to voicemail. I left message but no call back. The message states not to leave multiple messages so I have now attempted to use the contact us form. If that does not get response not sure what time to show up. Today is Thursday and appointment is on Monday. Not sure what to do if I can’t verify time. I guess I will have to show up 3 hours early which sucks cause I have 45 minute drive just to get there. Very upsetting. May even have to look for a different doctor which I don’t really want to do.

  5. The doctor I use is all right but the office you cannot get through. I tried all week to phone them. I filled out the form to and find what I needed. When you get on the phone I said where to go to voicemail that all the voicemail are full. Why do you need to even try to get a hold of update you can’t I’ve tried all week maybe 15 times
