1. UPDATE lol Lindsay was definitely nice on the phone when I first got in contact with the company. I explained to them that I did not want to waste my time by running my credit and applying everywhere. That’s when I was told there were no other applicants and I applied the SECOND it became available. As soon as I submit all my documents, I received an email that stated I WAS DENIED BECAUSE THE OWNER CHOOSE ANOTHER APPLICANT. LOL SO YEAH, read the reviews because I did and seen all the warnings, ESPECIALLY ONE JUST LIKE THIS, AND it happened to me as well. I still think that the property was priced fairly, but they are no better than invitation homes. I believe it’s best to rent from an owner, or get yourself together to buy your own house! These companies are wild.

   LINDSAY WAS SO NICE ON THE PHONE! AND THEIR PROPERTIES ARE NOT TOO EXPENSIVE. They aren’t cheap, but they match fairly. And they at least do the required, necessary cleaning and work that some properties don’t even do, like INVITATION HOMES!

2. I am a commercial tenant at one of the properties that they manage and have been extremely impressed with them. They are very responsive and do a great to help make sure I am doing well.

3. If I could give 0 stars I would. To start off I would like to say this management company never answers the phone. Super unprofessional! My son applied for an apartment which is low income and met all of the qualifications. I called about the same apartment and asked if there was any applications on it and she said they have not made a decision but, they had multiple applications, but if it was up to her, she would recommend me getting on the website and applying for the apartment right away paying the $50 deposit. The denial email told my son the owner chose someone else even though he fully qualified. However, when I called 5 minutes after he was denied she told me the apartment was still available and to apply for it quickly. So they lied. I am sure this is their way of getting multiple people to pay $50 application fees. I will be reporting this to the city of Temecula as well as the Better Business Bureau.

4. The most useless management company of all time. Never have they came in person to monitor a repair and they have the tenant call a plumber to set up a time. The tenant then needs to call them back to say what happened. They don’t coordinate with HOAs. Could not recommend less.

5. Do not rent a house from these lies. You will never get your deposit back. Most of the good reviews you read are fake. They pay a company to write them. I had to take them to court.
