It’s been about 10 days, or even 12 days, that I applied for the application. A nice young man opened a door fro me and another visitor.
I liked the the two bedroom apartment which was on 17914 Magnolia Blvd #125, Encino. First Day, I called and asked them all the question that I had a woman that I dont know the name answered all of them, and she said the answer of the application will come out less than 72 hours, It’s been 12 days that that I have been waiting.
The day that I saw the apartment, I went to Bank and gave them cash money to be able to get the application

First, there is a lack of communication and fallowing up at this company. For Instance, I called them Three times on Saturday, they never got back to me till the fallowing Tuesday that I called them to see if they received my message along with my name and telephone number.

Second, when I made an appointment with them, there was no confirmation email address a woman who didn’t sound polite or even nice as a customer service, made that for me, and the day that I had an appointment, I got there 5 minutes sooner, I though some one was waiting for me, I didn’t know even who should I call, I called to the company and after three times a woman answered me and said ” it’s not three yet stay there and make sure you will stay out of entrance and some one will be with you at three”

Third, They didn’t mentioned that the property is Private building and it means there is no rent control there and there is no management services, in another word if something happened there you will died for fixing that.

4th, when I asked the guy about the application fees, he mentioned that it has to be cash, no credit or check, and the applications were just silly papers at this time that everything will be done by computer. Also there is no garantee for your applications, because There are so many people that will leave the applications. The landlords of those properties might didn’t know who are there people because imagine with 10 applications a day they, since my interested property was two bedroom and applicants should be at least two, they will make $1000.00 cash a day with no tax or anythings, so they also are great Robbers of your money, be careful

5th, I submit my documentations through Drop box under my name and my mom’s name, after two days, I called them to see if they receive it or not, but they didn’t even know my name, they were completely unaware of my application status and asked me to email my documentation directly with no folders or through out any internet drive, a day after I have done that I called them and a women answered the phone and said “: we are so busy now, and give us 5 to 7 business day” and I asked it means next Wednesday and she said no next Thursday, and I said ok. on next Tuesday I called them and ask about the status of my application they told me ” it’s not gonna be ready by Monday” and Today is Monday, I just called them and ask about the status of my application, again she didn’t know me, asked about my name and my telephone number, and told me some one would call me, but till now no-one called me

I have some sources to find the landlord of the building that I mentioned, I will fallow up for sure to just report what they are doing with some ones properties, because a home that can receive 5 applications in one day shouldn’t stay in market about 45 days.

Don’t trust to this agency at all. they are layers, there is no way to get the answer of your interested property, please report them, I wish I could read reports here before sending My money and my personal and fincanial information to them.

It was very difficult to arrange a time to see a property by this company, and we tried multiple times. They offered very limited times (nothing on the weekend), and they seemed uncooperative, overall. It was difficult to reach them by phone, which added to our suspicion of the legitimacy of the company, and it contributed to us not wanting to rent with them.

I spoke with some woman Laurie who supposedly was the office manager. She was incredibly rude and unwilling to listen or answer any of my questions. She wouldn’t give me her supervisor’s name and kept putting me on hold. Worst experience ever. Also, they don’t even have a online bill portal and expect us to mail our rent checks like it’s 1982. Awful.

I have done business with this property management service for 15 years and I can vouch that Erick and Lori are top-notch people to work with. They know the business like the back of their hand and are very accommodating to the needs of the home owner. I only wished they serviced Ventura County where my other property is located.

Very deceitful, ADA violations harrassment of elder handicaps…
They don’t follow legal procedures. Gardener steal, trespass, garden gate stolen by gardeners after roommate hospitalized. Abuse of 24 hour notice to enter-They NEVER showed….Who do they think they are? MOBSTERS?
Very, VERY BAD. Will see them in court.
