Maintenance team is is extremely helpful. In passing I let a team member (don’t know his name) know a heavy package has been left by my door for another tenant. I told him I’d let the tenant know because the package was too heavy for me to being to them. After I let the tenant know, I observed him taking the package to the tenant. He did that without being asked.
The old washer was removed and washer from another unit was put in. The guys were very nice and respectful but they left the city towels in the bathroom. The walls and doors are scraped up. And the worst part is that they didn’t test the connection. The washer is not functioning. 😶
California Place is the place to be. I have enjoyed this place as long as i have lived here. I really love how the management is so friendly, supportive and welcoming. Chanthyda and Mayela are really wonderful managers as they always make sure that we get the best out of this place by making sure that our concerns are catered for. The maintenance team also are timely and quick to solve issues when they arise. Jason, Derrick, and Malik gets the work done and even in the caseof emergency. I really love this community because there are always kids and families around that are very friendly. Finally, I love the candy at the front desk lol…!!!! Cali place is the place to be!!!!+
The two beautiful women who works in the office is so very nice I forgot there names The one that took me and showed me the apartment to look at is so nice She explain everything to me while walking through the apartment I hope I get to live there I just want to say thank you to the two beautiful ladies that works in the office Sorry I forgot ya’ll name
Residents in apartment 138 are using old Residents mail. I had a whole claim letter from my job that was sent to this apartments address as all my mail wasn’t forwarded to my current address. I have priority mail so i know what comes and goes and the current Residents there .filled out my claim Information as I couldn’t claim my claim from my job myself. There other mail that came for old Residents at that appartment number make sure yall forward your mail immediately
