Purchased a 2017 GMC pick-up with only 60k miles in January 2024. Salesman and process was nice. But in March of 2024, the transmission went out on the truck and left me stranded. GMC dealership noted ‘check engine light’ and ‘various codes’ which showed transmission failure were deleted prior to me purchasing the truck Contacted this dealership to obtain service records and tell them about the issues and was ignored and thrown off. Had to pay almost $9,000 for the transmission to be rebuilt. I am extremely disappointed, and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM HERE.
We got to the dealership one of the staff stared at us like we did something wrong but continued to look around the dealership staff was a little rude and most of the cars were a bit dirty had dents and chipped paint but we got in a few cars to see what they had and got told to not get in the cars unless we are looking to buy a car that day. Don’t really recommend.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! The customer service is spectacular, and Dave was super understanding, and helpful. It was my very first time buying a car off the lot (and I was alone) & he not once made me feel pressured like other places did. I literally signed the same day & after spending couple hours looking around at the inventory, I ended up purchasing a beautiful 2015 Nissan Altima. Which I am absolutely in love with. The paper process was super smooth, and he was able to get everything that I wanted! Even few days after I made my purchase, he told me he got it for a even better interest rate, which would make anyone happy. That being said I will ALWAYS recommend people to go here & get a car. Shout out to California Motors! Thanks for providing excellent customer service, while being professional guys.
