I have been using California Joe Paint Company for over 10 years in the Pismo Beach area. They have completed all the interior and exterior paint projects at my personal residence and rental property. The owner Joe is great to work with and really cares about quality. Can’t be happier with the job Joe and his team did on our exterior stucco home, garage doors, man doors and an interior bathroom. They arrived on time everyday and kept the areas they were working in as clean as they could possibly be. I know our house will be protected for a long time by all the prep work they did prior to painting. Scraping, sanding and caulking when necessary. They also took down and put back all downspout gutters (painted gutters when not attached to house), lights and address numbers. The prep work also included drop cloths, plastic and tape to make sure no overspray would get anywhere it wasn’t suppose to be. He stands by his quote, we did NOT receive any upcharges at all, just the change orders because I kept adding on more work once they started. My family has used Joe three times in the last 12 years, this being the biggest project we hired him for. If you want quality work done by a respectable person, hire Joe.
We feel very fortunate to have Joe paint our home. He was clear in his communication, very precise and thorough in his work, and very reasonable with his fee. Joe acts out of integrity, listens well, and is a pleasure to relate to. Do yourself a favor and give Joe a call if you have a paint job to be done.
So glad we chose Joe, who is a true local craftsman, honest and a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail gave our home a beautiful transformation. It was a great experience.
