Geno worked with me out of state and got me everything I asked for prior to sale, ie pictures, car fax, maintenance records, etc. Flew to Burbank and he picked me up saving me the cost of an uber. Honesty and integrity are not words that are normally used at a used vehicle dealer. However, California Imports Inc is the exception. Gino has years of automotive experience and only puts quality vehicles on his lot. My wife and I were looking for a convertible and he certainly delivered. The car came with a clean carfax and quality check that gave us plenty of smiles per gallon. If you are in the market for a reliable used vehicle and don’t want the runaround of a giant dealership, give Gino a call. It will be the best decision you make if you are buying a car.
Called him about a Kia Sportage and asked, “Is it on your lot or is it in a warehouse somewhere.” He kept saying, “I’m not in town today. Do you want to see it today?” No. I want to know that if I show up–whenever–it’s actually ready to drive. “Well, I can’t show it to you today, I’m not in town.” Over and over and over. So, I’m guessing he had it who knows where, and just wanted me to get me on his lot to try to sell me some piece of garbage. I’d had enough at that point and hung up. I don’t know about you, but I’m beyond tired of dealing with these scumbags who only see their customers as sheep to shear. imports, inc.
