  1. The insurance rep that was assigned to my case Vanessa, clearly didn’t do her job. I reported the insurance agency by the name of MidValley Insurance, and Kerry’s Insurance services that allows car salesman’s to charge a $500 broker fee that gets added to the 1st month payment if the insurance. For example, if the policy was $200 to start, they say it’s $700.

    The broker fee would then be pocketed by the salesman meaning they just made $500 by ripping off client and the owner Josh Vale knew about this business practice and allowed it to happen even when it was brought to his attention multiple times.

    Vanessa who was taking care of this “case” sent a letter stating, “We have looked into this and we have found that you were an employee and not a customer, get a lawyer for assistance.”

    Clearly they didn’t do their research because I am an ex employee of these companies, and I am also an actual CUSTOMER for these companies. The DOI is a joke and they do NOT care about the consumer they only care about lining their own pockets and helping their friends that are business owners.

As a property manager, I handle many insurance claims, coordinate repair works, settle with impacted residents to minimize the damages and liabilities for our clients. When I hit a brick wall with insurance company and could not get a reasonable insurance claim accepted, we turn to CA Dept of Insurance. With your assistance, our cases got re-evaluated by insurance companies and are magically accepted. You made our job much easier. Thank you

The insurance commissioner did nothing to clarify a Mercury home insurance claim in which the adjuster doesn’t respond to emails and I was told at one point to accept without recites whatever the insurance says — even if proven not to be legal — so if we’re left to fed for ourself in the Wild West you should just say so up front so we don’t bother you

  4. It’s impossible to actually speak to our elected insurance commissioner. 🤔 Auto insurance is now higher than the value of the vehicle it insures. All very interesting but it’s more of a health and life insurance policy that happens when you’re in your car. How many times do we have to pay for the same insurance?

  5. Horrible experience, i went yo take my test and the old men there was very mean. You can’t even talk to him, i had qestions and he was very mean and he didn’t answer my question. They should put a kind person there.
