1. Me and my boyfriend recently moved into these apartments in June and we absolutely love it! TONS of cabinet space in the kitchen for appliances and same for the bathroom cabinets. You get a cute small balcony to sit outside and it’s so peaceful and quiet. There’s always hot water, and maintenance is always on top of repairs. We had the plaque for our door number fall off and it was fixed within the same day of mentioning it. I know other people reported roach problems and LUCKILY we have not had any issues. The only time I’ve seen roaches are after 10pm on the sidewalks which always make me squeal but we never have a problem with them getting in our house. Rent deals are nice as well and very easy pay system. Not to mention the laundry room is open 24 hours so you can do laundry at any time which is nice if you’re working.

2. I applied and placed a deposit for a 1bd 1bath apartment. There was 3 available on the website with move in dates showing for the same weekend, after calling to schedule my tour again I was told by Tina that they unfortunately have none available. She was very helpful, kind and apologized, she told me she’ll help to issue a refund for both my deposit AND application fee because they haven’t and won’t open the file.
   But upon receiving the check I only received my deposit back. I’m not getting back the other fee because I was “declined” 🤦🏽‍♂️

3. Tina The manager was very threatening towards me after my girlfriend passed away. I was struggling to pay the rent, and then I was on injured reserve for my job. We made arrangements on the rent, but my paycheck was delayed for a week. She’s threatened to kick me out in the streets in three days, and threatened to haul all my possessions that were in the apartment to the dump and make me pay thousands of dollars to cover the cost.
   In the meantime you have Curtis, the maintenance guy coming to my door harassing me over the emails I sent to Tina letting her know that I didn’t approve of her.
   filed a complaint about it, but they did do nothing in anything about it. He probably got a slap on the wrist.
   It was the worst experience I’ve gotten from apartment manager and a maintenance guy in my entire life. I wouldn’t wish my enemy to endure what I experienced!
   I considered my home with my girlfriend, a good place to live until they took over the apartment complex.
   I’m more angry at the owners for hiring them in the first place because it’s their fault. Obviously something bad Happened When Pam retired as the manager. Now she was a real sweetheart. She actually cared about the tenants and then there was Willie, He was a former maintenance worker for the complex who is very supportive. I happen to be a disabled worker By the way.

4. If I could give these apartments NO STARS that’s what I would give. I personally knew tenants in the apartments and upon MOVE IN I had all the interest in the world to move into a unit bc I loved the scenery .. I loved how quiet it was around there and the presentation of the unit ofcourse, but as the tenants has been moved in for a couple months now she has only treated them with notices and bad news. These apartments put limits on ppls rights! Don’t move in here !! It’s so many other apartments in Sacramento that has NO BUGS in the unit or running all in front of your door or even LEG when you begin to walk. It’s PILE OF ANTS, PILE OF ROACHES, PILE OF WATERBUGS, PILE OF SPIDERS just everywhere and it’s not a normal thing you’d see within ALL apartments , maybe just 1 bug problem but 5 bug problems is crazy ?? I hope these apartments get better in the future for the best of all TENANTS that CHOOSE TO GIVE UP THERE HARD EARNED WORKING MONEY &’ OH! it’s a reason why many units was just vacant !! Go where you won’t have to stress and get a notice every time you may “slip” bc we are HUMANS AND THE MANAGER TINA IN THE OFFICE IS NOT UNDERSTANDING. They need another manager in the office cause ain’t no way these apartments are being managed by TINA. I rate her professionalism in REAL LIFE and not what she clock in to just show the tenants and please the others that’s around her a 3.5/10.

5. We moved into an apartment a few weeks ago and Tina (property manager) was very helpful with the whole process. She is very good with her work and makes sure that tenants are taken care off.

   After moving in we had a few small issues (nothing super major) and Tina and the maintenance team solved the issues real quickly.

   Totally recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet and clean place.
