Drove over 5 hours round trip to see a car Rich had for sale. Called a couple days later to make an offer. Agreed to a price on the car and offered to wire the money for the car immediately, he said great congratulations on your new car and he would send me the total price after taxes and fees so I could give him the money, get a text message from him several hours later telling me , “sorry but I sold the car to someone else”!? Doesn’t even have the guts to call me, sends me a text! What a horrible thing to do to someone, agree to a deal and then back out of it. Bad business practices and no honor. Shame on you Rich. And your reply to my review is pathetic and not true. You screwed me over, just own it instead of making it look like there was other factors involved, I was just waiting on you for your bank info so I could send you payment not a deposit. You were able to get more for the car from someone else so sold it to them instead.
Rich is an amazing person to do business with not only does. He have an amazing collection of cars but his customer service is top-notch. We had a couple bumps on our end with the process but Rich stuck through the entire way and helped us out. Even after the sell, the car was a Dan. Rich was more than helpful with any details or questions asked about the vehicle. I hope I can do business with Rich again soon.
It is always tough to buy a car over the internet without seeing it or meeting the seller in person but Rich was great. The car was just as described and the transaction went off without a hitch. Thanks Rich!
Just purchased an 1977 4×4 van site unseen from California Cars. I had Rich Milianni as my saleman and he went way above and beyond to get me this van. I live on the the opposite side of the country, he saved me lots of $$ in both shipping and taxes. He was very easy going friendly non-pushy and made this experience probably the best car buying experience of my life. I enjoyed it and it could have been extremely difficult especially logistically. Great guy~ Great Company! Highly highly recommend. I have zero ties to them and they did not ask for a review.
