Mike is the best!!!!! He let me test drive the 7 series BMW before buying it and toile me to my respected bank to get the money for the car. This BMW was the lowest on the market. Furthermore, Mike was awesome in fixing my car even though I had no warranty!!! He is amazing! My vehicle computer wire was bitten into by rats and Mike fixed the issue and re programmed the computer module at a low cost of $450. I highly recommend for people to buy their cars here!
The absolute worst & most shady place to buy a car. If you’ve ever seen Matilda, this place literally reminds me of her dad’s car dealership. One of my door handle covers fell off shortly after I drove it home to reveal a big slab of some goo trying to keep it on there that was obviously cheap as hell. Then another one that I didn’t notice fell off & Lord knows where, so that’s gone. Then a domino effect began, revealing multiple other underlying problems the car had. They acted like it was a great deal & there was no room for negotiation, but the whole time they were laughing all the way to the bank, without a doubt. Extremely rude mechanic when we took the car back to have a couple things worked on, which was a hassle to get done. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone/get a call back for weeks. Just avoid this place. Really bummed that I gave such a shady place my business for such a big purchase.
I called this place after buying the car multiple times, they screen my calls and won’t send me my plates. I also called the salesman Elias he has seen multiple texts and voicemails I sent him and won’t ever get in contact with me. They don’t have the customer service you would expect to have at a used car dealership.I Would advise no one to buy a car from here.
I strongly recommend anyone to buy their future vehicles at California Auto Trading in Bell, Ca. The salesman Mike is easy going person and very very knowledgeable about Vehicles. I’ll be buying my next vehicle very soon 😊😊
