1. I lived here in a one bedroom apartment for around 2 years and it was great. Both maintenance and office staff are respectful and get the job done. Maintenance responds promptly to any issues and fixed everything with care unlike some other rentals in the area. Amy and Mariah at the office are helpful with any issues although, I lived there for 2 years and never really had issues only called maintenance once or twice. Power washing is done regularly and lawn is well kept. Pool and tennis courts are well maintained as well. Community events are held monthly. I would highly recommend living here.

2. A hidden gem of a community outside of Atlantic City. Affordable, quality apartments. Thank you to Amy down at the leasing office for all of your support. I hope you enjoy your well earned retirement!

   Buildings are well maintained, maintenance is excellent.

   The only thing is that the washer and dryer are in the kitchen, so lint got all over the stove every time we did laundry.

   Even so, I enjoyed my time living there.

3. We recently put down a security deposit on a room at California Apartments and had the pleasure of a guided tour before doing so. From the moment we walked in, the woman at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and kind. She made us feel right at home and reassured us that we were in good hands, without any pressure.
   The buildings and rooms are absolutely beautiful, showcasing a high standard of maintenance and care. The amenities are very well-kept, adding to the overall appeal of the place. The entire process, from our initial inquiry to securing the deposit, was seamless and stress-free.
   We are extremely grateful for the wonderful experience they provided and feel confident in our decision to choose California Apartments as our new home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live!

I’ve been here for well over a year and am so incredibly impressed by the promptness of the maintenance staff, the friendly faces from the life guards at the pool, the fun corn hole games set up for tenants, the tennis courts, the holiday events put on by the staff, the cleanliness of the community, and the amazing and hard-working ladies in the leasing office. I highly recommend this apartment community to ANYONE looking to live a stress-free, fun, and comfortable lifestyle! The apartments are gorgeous. It is WELL WORTH IT! 5. My daughter moved in here in April. They have been duped. To make a long story short. Apartment full of mold. They have documents to prove it. They just wanted money back so they can move and denied. Been asking for a first floor apartment in another building without success. Now they want 9000 $ to take to court or eviction. They have 2 small children under the age of 3. Please pray for them
