1. We can’t thank Charisse and her team from Caliber enough. We thought our listing expectations were too high, but she got us a full offer and met our other requirements within a week! The process has gone seamlessly and her customer service is professional and beyond! I highly recommend Caliber Real Estate Team Carrie and Charisse with a 10 out of 10!!

2. Let me start with a confession: I hate realtors !!!! Well, I guess I should say: I hated realtors until I met Charisse Okomato. To me realtors were fake, self-interested, dishonest, money grabbing, useless intermediaries (and I am restraining myself ). Charisse has been the complete opposite: She is genuine, honest, transparent, extremely useful and resourceful. She spent countless hours kindly answering the many (many !!!) questions we had from the most naïve to the most minute. Because we live in New York, she travelled all around Orange county and the Los Angeles area to show us houses on video. She was a key source of information and advice during our negotiations and during the escrow process (we are first time-clueless buyers). The cherry on top is that, after we closed on the house, when she no longer had any realtor commitment to us, Charisse graciously drove an hour during the weekend to help us fix the fence, bringing her own tool and ending up doing most of the work. Who does that? BTW, we bought a relatively inexpensive house by LA’s standards, so her commission was clearly not her prime motivation. All this to say that next time we buy/sell a house, I will beg her to take us as clients.… and so should you!!!

3. Smart, Easy to Work with, White Glove Service!
   Charisse was truly a dream realtor to work with! Below is a whole list of why:

   – Motivated & focused – she stayed on top of market comparables, to help plan determine our selling strategy and price
   – Great communicator – this being my first sale, she was very responsive (and patient) with my calls / texts / emails about the process
   – Comprehensive – she helped me prepare my townhouse for sale (which was being rented out). From cleaning the home, repairing the windows, upgrading the flooring, painting, and finally staging the home with very modern photos
   – Negotiation – she guided me through her techniques and I felt represented in what would be the best outcome
   – Modern – all of the documents were electronic, making the whole process easy to reference and organized

   I feel extremely lucky to have worked with Charisse (she far exceeded my expectations), and would highly recommend her!

Charisse is knowledgeable, sincere, dedicated to making things easier for her clients from start to finish, ensuring that every details are taken care of along the way so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I felt so confident about her from the beginning and her great network services are high quality as she is. I was very satisfied her quick and efficient follow ups very much.
