  1. Everything went well till I went there to physically see the car. They guy who showed the car was decent and professional but the guys inside the shipping container box were rude not only to me but also to the sales guy, bossing him around and yelling at him. Not sure why he is still working there.

    Coming to facts
    1. Most of the cars in their lot is cheaper than carfax but not cheaper than Edmund’s
    2. Most of the cars has been in accidents , repossessions or still have mechanical damages
    3. If you talk to them and ask for general stuff they will talk back to you with statements like “I have been doing this for 25 years “. All I asked was the tire pressure indicator was on and can you fix it.
    4. They don’t let you drive more than a block and the streets are packed so can’t test the car properly
    5. In simple terms they are the definition of used car salesmen

I’m not sure if I remember the name it was Tony who spoke to me in their office room and he was really rude. He was like you are buying an economy car for $$ dollars what do you think I’m making from this. It’s not even worth the time for me to do the paperwork. That’s when I decided to walk away. I know I went there seeing their online sticker price and hoping to get a cheap car but ended up learning a good lesson.

  2. Probably one of the worst experience from a dealer. I called for a cts they said car was in great shape. I drove over 2 hours. The car had a broken taillight and all wheels were curbed badly. They didn’t let me even turn the car on they wanted to pre approve me. The car was 12,999 and as my first car in payments I knew I would pay more. They asked 3700 down payment. 380 a month 5 years it came to 25k. Matt was the worst. the Funny thing I had the cash in hand to buy it outright but because of the experience I left. Went to fiesta motors in Ontario ca. They were honest and the experience was 5 stars. I bought their car. So what ever you do AVOID THIS PLACE !

  3. Got me in my dream car, was turnt down at first but later on that day they called me back with a good offer. Took a little minute for everything to get processed at the lot, but very welcoming. They will work with you and get you into what you want. Friendly staff. Nice cars here. Affordable luxury cars.

  4. One of the smoothest transactions ever. Very professional and ethical. Super transparent. The A/C needed recharged and they had it done while we were getting the cashiers check. I think the entire process took about 2 hours from hello to goodbye! Their inventory looks stocked with very nice and clean cars. We bought a 2012 Escalade and it is super clean and drives great and the price was excellent.

UPDATE: It is hard to review when the vehicle is ‘fresh’ from a used lot. It has been over 6 months and 13k miles since we bought this Escalade. Other than a bad AC condenser, it has been PERFECT. Just got back from a trip to Denver and averaged about 19 MPG. Runs like a top! And we still get tons of compliments for it. No one can believe it has 138k miles on the odometer!
