Spencer and his son were professional, reasonably priced, and efficient with my project. Devised a plan, arrived on time, and executed much earlier than I expected. Great overall experience with Cahaba Valley Plumbing.
I wish there was a 10 rating! Folks, if you want an honest reliable plumber, these are your guys! Spencer and his son, Spencer were on time –on VERY short notice when another plumber was a no–show, no-call. These folks are honest, reasonable and a family-owned business that really care about their clients! They came out on Friday and charged me 75% less than his original quote because it turned to be an easy job. While they were here, I had a package delivered, which was my long awaited vanity table with a lighted mirror. I knew right away that I was out of my league re: assembly. Spencer Sr. offered to help me if I needed help getting the vanity assembled. I assembled what I could, but needed reinforcements right away. I texted the Spencers and he put me on his calendar for Wednesday. He called Monday afternoon and said they finished up their jobs early and would come today to finish the assembly of my furniture. They were here almost 2+ hours and charged me NOTHING~ No charge for their time, and said it was an honor to help me! Please reach out to this wonderful father-son team for your plumbing needs!
Spencer did a great job replacing a leaking hot water tank last March! He was very responsive, timely, and fair in his pricing and showed me exactly how to get a rebate as well. I recommended him to my family just now and thought I’d leave him a review as I was looking for his contact info. I will definitely be calling him for all my plumbing needs in the future.
Absolutely outstanding service. Spencer is just wonderful. They called me back right away, came out the same day, and fixed my leaking toilet very quickly. They were very kind and knowledgable. I will definitely give them a call if I ever need plumbing services in the future and will highly recommend to family and friends.
Spencer is easily the most reliable person I’ve encountered since moving down south. He comes on time, does his work efficiently and always does his best to offer the most reasonable rates. I don’t see myself going to anyone else for plumbing needs unless he is not available.
