Excellent Customer Service!!!! Very Friendly and WOW the Pricing!! Literally took the Computer Technician less than 5 minutes to re-affix the “H” key on my laptop keyboard. And he only wanted $5.00 for his time!! The owner and her staff are ALL amazing and kind!

This guy’s are the best! Efrem is a seasoned technician.
I went there with a very unusual request; I went there with a satellite device and asked for help! The lady at the front desk was strict. She said hat they don’t do satellite phones or devices. I insisted that a seasoned technician can do it and I insisted on speaking with the head technician. Enter Engineer Efrem!
Efrem looked at the device, we discussed… he figured I ou on the spot!

I brought my laptop in because the battery wasn’t working. They could have charged my $80 to replace the battery but they went out of their way to discover that I only needed a new charger. Ended up paying $20 for a new charger instead of $80. That’s integrity in my book. Excellent customer service. Knowledgable staff. Highly recommend
Went here looking to get my computer fixed but the charger port blew out and could not be fixed but they were able to offer me a good deal on a new Mac Pro that was inexpensive and brand new!! Love this place
