Zack from Burton’s came out today to investigate the strange noises my oven was occasionally making. Much to my delight, the whooshing noise I was hearing was from a failing ignition part. Within minutes Zack replaced the old part with the new part. I had envisioned having to buy a new stove. Thank you, Zack, and Burton’s for your great customer care.

Great to find such an honest helpful business. They sold me a $20 part to fix my dryer and showed me how to install it instead of selling me a $1000 dryer. Worked like a charm. Thanks Burton’s Appliance.
I called Burton’s today as my washer dryer was not spinning. I called to schedule a repair call and we talked over if it was worth fixing or replacing. They went out of their way in about 30 minutes on the phone with me taking things apart and testing were able to identify the issue. In the end it was an easy to replace $27 part and when I offered to pay them they declined. So refreshing to find a business who is willing to invest in a potential customer buy helping them out rather then trying to upsell them into something they don’t need. Shows they are trustworthy and they earned my future business for sure.
I wish I wrote down their names but these folks saved me a whole lot of money. Thank you for talking me out of the purchase. This goes a long ways to your knowledge and kindness and professionalism. Let Burton’s be the appliance company to call next time something breaks!
