The checkout person was very nice!! I don’t remember her name, but she’s going to pharmacy school. She was great! I found some good deals, too. This was my first visit to a Burlington Store. I’ll definitely go back.
I was there yesterday and the man at the fitting room was very rude when letting us in because supposedly at 5 they close the fitting rooms. After his rude and very unwelcoming attitude, he then locked me and another customer, a child, in the fitting rooms!!! The child’s dad had to go get another employee to let us out! Never in my life will I go back and give this place my business! Peace ✌️

Designers clothes CHEAP! But, ya gotta go all the time to catch stuff before someone else. If you see something you like BUY IT! It will be gone tomorrow!
Was in there several hours before even closing time and the dressing rooms were closed. But yet all the staff was at the front having a good time being loud and joking with customers they knew. The lady that checked us out was very nice, but they definitely need more professional staff. And dressing rooms should not be closed 4 to 5 hours before closing just because no one wants to be back there.
