Is a disabled person wanting to shop at the store. Didnāt know I had to bring my own wheelchair because they donāt Supply any electric chairs for the side shopping. I donāt recommend you shop here if youāre disabled. They donāt care
We always enjoy shopping at Burlington for clothes. Thereās always a wide selection and deals to be found, it may take a while of looking and digging but youāll always find something to take home. The big deal here are the low prices.
You can get some good deals, but you will need to wait at least 20 minutes to check out. No matter how many cashiers are open they all operate as slow as possible. Some of them will just walk around the counter doing random stuff like organizing hangers while the line is 20+ people deep. Just a waste of time.
All their buggies are trash ..they do not push so you have to stand in line holding your items ..lines are so long that they are all the way to the back walls been in line for an hour ā¦and they only have two registers open when thereās 8 of them .. for all the money they make it should be much better than this .. love the prices but the wait is just always ridiculous ā¼ļø
The only reason this store got 2 stars was because There were lots of merchandise. The store was somewhat clean/organized. The restrooms were dirty and mold in the sinks. Some associates were very friendly, others not so much. The Cashier gave me the cold shoulder. She did not greet me. I had to look at the register display to see what my total was. Customer service was at its poorest. This was my last time shopping at Burlington. š
