So glad we found the Burger Haus. We were welcomed and given recommendations for what is good and got a lot of food at excellent prices. Big Mikeâs burger may be one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Looking forward to our next visit.
Finally tried out Burger Haus and wonât be back. Place looks dirty and the food was awful. The gravy was thicker than the mashed potatoes. The taco shells and chips were stale, no tortillas available. The fried chicken was overcooked. Only ate a few bites and walked out. The amount of flies in the restaurant landing in the buffet food is also disgusting. Lesson learned.
Buffet food was hot and fresh, even when they were closing it down in about 10 minutes. And the chicken tenders were fat and delicious. Would return most definitely!!
Lack luster service but with a smile. Chaotic setup inside the restaurant. Burgers had good flavor but presentation was weak and bacon very under cooked. Loaded fries came with whole strips of bacon and drowned in what tasted like a cheese flavored cornstarch and water mixâŠ..

I have worked in food service for 27 years. I chose to eat at burger haus because I expected it to be made fresh. I was not expecting a âbig restaurantâ experience. What I expected was to be served food that was fully cooked and wouldnât cause me to violently vomit 10 hours later. I expected a âloaded French fryâ to be more than whole strips of 1/2 cooked bacon and nasty, either canned or powdered cheese sauce. I spent $30 on lunch for 3 and one of us to have kept it down overnight. So I paid $30 for 1 person to eat really. I will not be back and will warn those I know to beware the awful food you serve.
We came in to a slow restaurant. Meat was dry. Many places on bar was a mess no one taking care of tables. Tables in picture were like that the whole time we were there. You use to get fresh food and good service. Things have sadly gone down hill.
