No greeting, no one paid attention to those waiting. I had to ask for my pick up order that was waiting for me and no one said thank you or even a farewell when I left. Drive thru was steady, 2 people waiting to make an order and 2 waiting for a pick up, no others customers in store. They said more to the 2 crew members coming in than to the 4 customers that had been waiting over 15 minutes to be. Yes we timed it after being ignored.
Haven’t had any great customer service using the drive-thru in a while, I had to leave a review. Alison took my order and was very welcoming and pleasant to speak with. We even shared a laugh. Also, my order was also correct and hot which I really appreciated. Thank you for a great customer experience, Alison!!
So slow. Sooooo slow! Food is fine but everytime I go here i regret my decision after 10 to 20 minutes of waiting with no movement I the cars ahead of me. I can’t even rage quit because the shrubs and curb make it so you can’t abort.
Toya was extremely unpleasant to be around. I’m hoping she was just having a bad day and is not always like this. Other than that, order was messed up but food was good!
If I could give a negative star review then I would just to drop the rating of this place, every since time I have been here they have either gotten my food wrong, been rude to me or recently completely ignored me in the drive thru after sitting there for 10 minutes. This is WORST Burger King I have ever been to and I HIGHLY advise people against this place.
