This was my first purchase from Burberry, after admiring the brand from afar but never really shopping in the store. The customer service is wonderful. I called ahead and spoke with Miah to find out if they have a certain item in stock and she was so courteous and polite. When I got to the store she immediately knew who I was and had the item ready for me. Unfortunately I had got the wrong size and I was able to come and exchange with no issues. I had shopped at other designer brands at Ala Moana and have not received the amazing customer service that I did at Burberry I will definitely be returning.

I wait to buy Burberry items until I go to Hawaii. The staff here serves as an example of how every luxury brand should treat its patrons. I’m constantly impressed. I have worked primarily with Shyla and Alyssa. They are professional, compassionate, and patient. One time, I spent half a day at the store trying to decide which bag I wanted, and I could tell how much the staff cared about helping me make the right decision. They really put up with my antics as I picked up almost every bag to try on. They’re embody the motto of customers first, and I always leave satisfied with my purchases and experience.
