Worst hotel ever. My brother recently paid for a room and when he arrived he found cockroaches, hair, and dirt. He mentioned this to both the manager and receptionist however they were very unprofessional about handling the situation. They did not want to provide a written policy letter either after they denied my brother a refund. This is also not the first review for this hotel regarding safety, and health concerns. Overall, this has to be one of the worst hotel experiences my brother has dealt with. Please, we do not recommend booking with this hotel! They do not provide safe/clean rooms and will take your money anyways.
I stayed the nights of June 15 and June 16 of 2024. The front desk guy doesnât speak English. The shower reminds me of Mexico. The walls are solid concrete so itâs very quiet. I could not hear the traffic drive by on the nearby roads. I highly recommend this place. If I wasnât here for business, Iâd move in.
I stayed two nights. When I checked in I thought I would only stay one night. After that first night, when I went to extend my stay a second night, the desk clerk offered me maid service. I was surprised. I have stayed in many hotels and room cleaning is almost never offered for a âstayoverâ unless itâs longer than three days. Even then, typical for lower-end lodges is closer to once a week unless thereâs a checkout.
Itâs in the name- Budget Inn. It was clean, small, and convenient. It was not quiet, the train tracks are very very active. Itâs evident a lot of updates have been done. We were happy to see a fridge and microwave at this price. The woman who checked us in, the ownerâs wife, asked for $5 cash upon check-in, but I just said I didnât carry cash⊠she didnât want to take no for an answer but had already run my card. She said you pay $5 tomorrow. I agreed, but tomorrow never came, lol.
This place is awesome. $55 for a room that was nice and clean, everything worked properly, staff were super accommodating. Highly recommend!!
