Great and timely job. Worked with Mike. He explained everything and all done as described. I had transmission & power steering fluid exchanges done. Also, oil change & air filter replaced. Was able to pay with the Synchrony card for payments. Happy to get in quickly when needed and out the same day.
Came in for a tune up. The car was ready to go in a timely manner. Mike was communicative on the service and his process. Three days after the tune up was complete, the battery began showing problems and Mike was there to resolve the issue. My parents felt the price to replace a battery was a bit high but decided to go ahead to get it done. There has been no problems with the car after the services. Will definitely return again!
I’ve literally never taken a car into a shop and got it back the same day but somehow Mike and team made it happen. My Range Rover overheated on the freeway during my work commute. Mike was SUPER friendly and helpful over the phone. He answered my questions about dealing with my warranty and said they’d be able to run a diagnostic right away. When I got there, Mike himself looked under the hood to get an idea of what I might be up against. He said he thought it might be a hose and told me he’d get back to me later in the day once a technician could take a look. I got a call a few hours later (shocked at the quick response time) saying that it was the hose and that, because of his intuition, he’d already ordered the part and had it delivered from Land Rover in Riverside!!! My mind is still blown at how Mike went above and beyond by ordering that part on a hunch to ensure I wasn’t without my car over the weekend. Quick shoutout to my technician, Pablo, as well. I really can’t believe I got home same day with my car and am grateful for the great experience!
I drive a truck and it is always very hard to trust any mechanics because they never tend to do an honest job. I had a buddy of mine recommend this shop a while back. I recently needed the front end suspension of my truck re-done because of a previous bad build. I was greeted by Mike and he asked what i was looking for. He then proceeded to help me with pricing and even introduced me to the suspension tech who was going to be handling my vehicle. It gave me such a relief to know what was going to be done to my truck step by step. At the end of it all, I was very impressed with the quality of work and the result of how my truck drives.
