This was once a good company but the new customer service (Kamron, assistant manager) has very bad customer service skills. She doesn’t like answering questions concerning the fees ($5.60 credit card, debit card and etc) that are charged when paying a bill with a card as well as she’s just rude. Whenever you ask can you speak to the manager, she tells you that she’s out of town so you’re going to have to deal with her. I been calling all afternoon to pay my bill, she’ll pickup the phone and hang it up. Can someone please direct me to the owner?
These people are great! The service men are good and friendly. They do all of my AC work.
I deeply appreciate the kind and polite service extended to me. The middle of July, 92 degrees inside and I contacted Brown’s for service. My air was restored and within a couple of hours my house was cool. I am thankful for their quick response ultimately I thank the Lord for cool air. Thank you Ricky
The very worst customer service and experience I have witnessed in my 36 years of contracting and talking with any services provider. The employees and the management are horrible. Please don’t waste your time and hassle calling Brown Heating & Air
