2. I have been a client for 3 years. ShaRetha always has exemplary customer service. She responds to any and questions you may have throughout the process, which makes it an easier process to file. Branch Financial always put my family and friends at ease during tax time because we know without a doubt we are going to given top tier service and well taken care of.

3. My experience was smooth. SheRetha is very knowledgeable and listed every document that would be needed to file. She provided me with my expected Return amount, tax prep fees and options for an advance. Everything was clear and concise. The turnaround time and service was AMAZING. She even provided tax advice for next year!

4. The absolute GOAT 🐐‼️I found ShaRetha on my for you page on TikTok. Her videos inspired me to trust working with her. She answered any questions I had with a speedy reply lol. There were a few errors on my form that she fixed IMMEDIATELY! Even after filing my taxes with her, I was still receiving more w2’s and she wasted NO time updating them. This woman definitely cares about her clients and will get you the refund you deserve. Highly recommend 20/10 😊
