1. After nearly a quarter century of excellent work, our oven finally decided to retire. After researching multiple businesses for price, warranty, and installation availability we decided to use Bob Wallace Appliance. Our oven was back ordered but came in two weeks earlier than expected. The installation was quick, professional and was completed with special detail to preservation of existing kitchen counters, floors, and such. From the first phone call to sales to the installation of our oven, Bob Wallace Appliance provided great service!! Thanks and props to all involved in the process!

2. Would not recommend this store for anything much less a high end purchase. Bought an $18,000 stove and received not even a nickels worth of service. Couldn’t deliver for weeks. Although coordinated ahead of time, Waited an hour to pick it up myself. I Had to organize the staff to get anything done. Received multiple calls for payment although I told them I would pay the last $1,000 when I verified it worked as advertised. No trust. No remorse about terrible service and absolutely no offer of compensation for incompetence and inconvenience. Customers have no priority. Customer service is the worst I have seen in 50 years. Abominable. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a vendor. Remember I bought an $18, 000 stove! Hello? This outfit is beyond terrible! Never again nor do I recommend them for a piece of toilet paper. God help me if I have a problem with this stove while under warranty.

3. Huntsville location, I went in in search of appliances, that was my first mistake. Beyond that however, I went looking around and a guy sitting at a desk in the showroom didn’t bother to greet me or come to offer any words until I had been there about 15 minutes. No other people were in the store shopping. The gentleman then told me he couldn’t help me because he didn’t see the fridge I asked about on his website. I asked about 7 different appliances. We never got to the second one. After an hour and a half I left. As I went to walk out the front door, 2 guys standing on either side of the door, both employees, looked at me, one says if you need help I can find someone for you. I just said I wouldn’t care for that because I’d already wasted enough time by myself.

4. Good luck with any GE appliance here. This extended warrantee isn’t worth it. When my washing machine was set up it was done improperly. I waited all day for delivery and it was off balance from the first wash. I waited around another day for someone to come fix it. It was off balance by the next day. It has broken 7 times in two years. I called the service department many times and no one answered. You get to wait a 5 days to over a week each time for them to come out. Then you get to wait around all day for someone to come fix it. I didn’t have time to wait a week each break so I paid someone to fix it each time. They don’t have the record of all of my calls or the times that I came in the store and they won’t do anything more than make me wait repeatedly again and again to get it fixed. Buy your appliances elsewhere!

5. Garbage service. No one wants to work. They have likely given me an old refrigerator much more expensive then normally worth and that had likely been sitting there for no one knows how long. It stopped working thrice in one month. No one responds to my many many queries. The service dept specially needs an overhaul. Garbage! Dont go there!! Look at all the other comments!
